Stand over the center of your Athleema loop resistance band with your feet shoulder-width apart. Bend slightly at the knees and hinge at the waist, keeping your hips back and your lower back straight. Grasp the band and pull it up towards your hips, squeezing your shoulder blades together until your elbows form a 90 degree angle. Lower and row for 10-12 reps.
Loop resistance bands are a great way to add resistance to your push-ups. Get into the start position with the resistance band draped across your back. Place the band underneath your hands and push straight up until your arms fully extend. Lower back to the ground until your chest touches the floor. Repeat for 10-12 reps, or as many as you can manage.
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart with your feet placed over the middle of your Athleema loop resistance band. Bend slightly at the knees until you can grasp the resistance band with both hands. With palms facing towards you, curl the weight towards your chest until you feel your biceps contract. Slowly lower back to the ground and see how many reps you can do.
Combine the following movements in a circuit for 3 rounds, 3 times a week and your upper-body should start to tighten up.
